Arizona 10 Utah 42
Nothing much to talk about here. Arizona stinks and Utah is some how always decent enough to win football games. Enough said. You gotta love this guy. You don’t see fellas like this in Utah everyday. Video below is NFSW for all Mormons residing in the Salt Lake City area. *BEWARE*
These gentlemen: worth the price of admission. #UteProud
Washington 27 Oregon 30
Jake Browning’s been at UW for a decade and Washington is still overrated. Nothing new. Washington plays scared, conservative football in the fourth quarter while Oregon QB Justin Herbert proves he’s the best quarterback in the country. Sorry Tua. Also, I’m ready to declare Jake Browning the best football player who was actually bad. We’ll consider him the college version of Matt Stafford until further notice. Stay posted.
Sore sport of the day: Chris Peterson
Impressive 40 yard dash time: Mario Cristobal
UCLA 37 Cal 7
*Spoiler Alert*: Cal does in fact forget to Make Noise.
UCLA plays good football for the first time all season and some how beats a Cal team that has wins against powerhouse programs including Idaho State and BYU.
Let me be the first to congratulate Chip Kelly on his first win as head coach of UCLA, and also be the first to mention that Chip Kelly’s neck is filling out nicely.
Out of resect for UCLA and the city of Westwood as well as the greater Los Angeles area, I’ll allow the Bruins to celebrate this victory. However, the chances of this UCLA team finishing the season 2-10 looks likely. Assuming they beat Arizona next week, UCLA wraps up the season with games against Utah, Oregon, Arizona St, USC, and Stanford. Good luck Chip.
Colorado 20 USC 31
Colorado at +7 looked so good, and I knew it was a trap. Lines this enticing are too good to be true. Similar to when BYU was at +21 two weeks ago vs Washington following their win in Madison. Vegas is smart. I am not. And I knew this was Vegas challenging me to man up and take USC at -7. Therefore, I took Colorado. Whoops.
I’m not comfortable with this broadcasting team.
I’ll continue to bet against this face every week. There’s no way a face like this can consistently succeed playing college football. I refuse to believe it.
However Mike Glennon was pretty good at NC State so I don’t know what to believe.
Cya next week.
